I've rented a few times from Beach N Bay directly, and also indirectly through VRBO. I've never had an issue, and the staff I've spoken with have always been awesome. I appreciate such a professional property management company.

The property is in the best neighborhood in Morro Bay. View and location were as good as it gets. Vashon is a quiet street, and the neighbors are nice.

This is our 4th Beach-N-Bay Getaways rental. All went smoothly.

The views from this house are wonderful. There's a resident osprey that appears every day on th emasts of the boats below. The kitchen is well-equipped and welcoming.

The customer service was great. We had very prompt responses whenever we needed to make contact.

We visited for 5 nights & found plenty to do around the area or just sit on the patio to watch the comings & goings of wildlife. Such a calming place & if youre lucky , as we were, the sunsets from the patio are spectacular.

Beach access is the best factor.

The best part about the house was being right at the beach and with the wrap around windows in the front room you just cant beat those views!! The sunsets were magical!
