Cancellation Policy Updates
 

Effective April 1, 2023, we are no longer offering any special terms for guests who contract Covid-19 before, during or after a reservation with Beach-N-Bay Getaways.

After a full review of our terms, a reservation may be canceled within 48 hours of booking with a full refund. After this period, all normal terms regarding cancelation and refunds will apply. We offer “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance along with Standard Cancelation insurance (TI) and we ask guests to consider purchasing insurance in these uncertain times to protect the investment in your vacation. Cancel for any reason insurance MUST be purchased at the time of your reservation but you may add standard (TI) insurance at the time of your final payment. Please contact us at least 62 days in advance of your arrival if you wish to add standard insurance.

Once your reservation is confirmed no refunds can be provided for Covid-19 related or other concerns. If you decide to purchase travel insurance with your reservation, you are required to submit your claim to the underwriter for consideration under their terms. We do not have a role in the claim process other than to supply information about your reservation, our cancellation terms and our retention of funds.

If local road closures or weather is effecting your departure and travel to our area, refunds will not be provided by Beach-N-Bay but may be a covered event under the cancellation insurance terms. If conditions in our area or in the area of the home prevent your access to your rental a refund will be provided for the period the property could not be accessed.
