At our many Farmers Markets through out San Luis Obispo County, thousands of people come to taste the free samples, buy fresh food at great prices and enjoy the whole family fun atmosphere. So no matter where you stay in San Luis Obispo County, a fun Farmers Market is close!

Fishing
There are many great options for fishing in the area: pier fishing, deep sea fishing and shore fishing. If you head inland, you can even do some lake fishing.
Golf
The mild Mediterranean climate of the central coast provides the ideal setting for a few rounds of golf on your vacation and there are several different courses to choose from.

The Central Coast and the large amount of public land available for Hiking attracts many to the area.

Kayaking
There is nothing more relaxing and at the same time exciting as kayaking on Morro Bay. You will have the opportunity to see many birds, sea lions, otters and other ocean inhabitants up close and personal. Do not skip this activity! There are a few different places in Morro Bay to rent kayaks.
Parks
There is no better way to enjoy the outdoors than to visit one of the many parks that the Central Coast has to offer.

Whale-Watching
The Grey Whales pass by the Central Coast twice a year as they head to Baja in December/January and return in late March and April. Blue Whales and Humpback Whales are also seen off our coast too!
Wine Tasting
The wine tasting options on the Central Coast are unlimited and if you have never tasted the premium wines of this region, you are in for a treat.
