As I said -Could not have gone any easier!!!! It was a pleasure dealing with them - Have already recommended them to 2 friends looking to book in Morro Bay later this year.

The cleanliness, great instructions as to where to find everything we needed throughout the house. THE LOCATION!!!! We got sooooo lucky, the weather was perfect, you never know at the Coast. We had 4 days of Sun & 80 degrees!!!!!!

We love the location, the lighting, the layout, the kitchen, the cleanliness, the sleeping accomodations. It's a lovely spot.

Easy transaction - no issues.

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering. It was great having the ping pong and pool tables. We also enjoyed the puzzles and other games. The views from nearly every room were nice - although it was foggy for part of the time we stayed.

Renting through Beach-N-Bay Getaways was made as easy and convenient. It was a relief to see that the pictures shown on the website are the actual property.

The house was large, clean, and great for a destination vacation home. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, baking for a large crowd. there was plenty of room for everyone to gather around the dining table, in the family room, on the deck, in the jacuzzi, and in the game room. For a family that likes to be together, the house offered many options for places to gather.

How big and roomy it is. It's just perfect for us. We loved it.

Checkin/out was smooth and easy. All communication and expectations were clear and timely. Truly appreciated the digital keypad entry system that alleviated the worry of accidental lockout or need for sharing a single key between 5 adults.

Views of the water/boats from literally every window, landing and standing point of the house were spectacular.

Great company. No need to go through VRBO or Airbnb. Attentive and polite staff.

I just want to thank the team for making everything so nice and easy. The booking of the home, housekeeping making everything so beautiful when we walked in and how the maintenance team was quick to respond to the minor problem with the washing machine. Also, the young lady that I spoke with on the phone was so nice and made us feel very important. You all made this trip a great memory for my family and grandkids. Well definitely be back.

Being with my family and seeing them enjoy the home. The property is so clean and having the beach access right near your back door is so nice. We didnt want to leave and cant wait to come back next summer or sooner.

The hosts have thought of everything. Beautiful amenities, extraordinary furnishings, and THE VIEW! You can hear the waves all night long, step out on the sand, a true dream vacation spot!

We have stayed at this property three times. Location great. This home is wonderful everything you need is there.

We had a wonderful experience. Spacious home with lots of seating options. Everything we needed in terms of amenities in the kitchen etc were provided. Appreciate the coordination and prompt communication with the team. I traveled with my toddler and didn't have to change much to make the place baby-proof. Of course the highlight is the gorgeous view! It's better in person, photos don't do justice. Overall, a very relaxing stay and I look forward to being back!
